At 842 Rice Street, we undertook the transformation of a vacant condemned furniture store into a dynamic mixed-use property with two commercial spaces and nine residential apartments. This complex project required close collaboration with the city, involving zoning, building, and plan review processes. We worked alongside civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC engineers to design and implement new systems throughout the building, including the installation of a sprinkler system. Additionally, we partnered with architects and structural engineers to ensure the building’s integrity and compliance with all regulations.
