At 6141 Nicollet Avenue in Richfield, we transformed an 11-unit fixer-upper into a modern, fully renovated apartment building. Previously, only 4 units were occupied, while the remaining units were neglected and left vacant for years, filled with debris. Our team cleared out the junk, upgraded the plumbing and electrical systems in all kitchens and bathrooms, and added new light fixtures throughout. A standout feature of this renovation was converting an unused basement space into a new bedroom by installing an egress window and a closet. Each kitchen now boasts quartz countertops, subway tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and LVP flooring, while the bathrooms feature luxury vinyl tile. We refreshed the entire interior with new paint, covering walls, trim, and ceilings. Additionally, we performed essential maintenance on the building’s boiler and made necessary repairs to the roof. The project also involved coordinating with the city for permits for all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior updates, ensuring that the property was brought up to modern standards.
