At 1700 Fremont Avenue in North Minneapolis, we fully restored a condemned, fire-damaged 4-unit building. The renovation included a new high-efficiency boiler, five separate electrical services, and new plumbing systems with waste, venting, PEX water lines, and water heaters for each unit. Each two-bedroom unit now has its own washer and dryer, along with updated kitchens featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and subway tile backsplashes. Bathrooms were upgraded with new vanities, mirrors, and subway tile. The original hardwood floors were restored. Exterior improvements included a new EPDM roof, soffit and deck repairs, and fresh paint. We worked closely with architects, engineers, and the city to secure all permits and obtain the final certificate of occupancy.
